Overview
By booking a time slot on this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you enter into two separate binding contracts:
- a boat rental agreement between you (the client) and Les Pêchoux Ligures, owner of the vessel;
- a skipper service agreement between you and the designated professional skipper.
These contracts are concluded digitally at the moment of booking and do not require further signature. Your booking confirmation constitutes legal proof of agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancel up to 24 hours before departure → Full refund
- Cancel between 2 and 24 hours before departure → 70 % refund
- Cancel less than 2 hours before departure → No refund
- No refund in case of no-show
Cancellations must be made via the link in the confirmation email.

Responsibilities of the Client
By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts:
- Responsibility for the behavior of all passengers on board;
- Obligation to follow all safety instructions given by the skipper;
- Not to bring any prohibited substances or dangerous goods on board;
- Any damage caused by negligence may be charged to the client.

Obligations of the Skipper
- Navigate safely and professionally, in accordance with maritime regulations;
- Adapt the itinerary in real time depending on weather, sea state, or passenger safety;
- Provide basic safety equipment and ensure passengers are informed about its use.

Insurance and Liability
The vessel is covered by liability insurance in accordance with French maritime regulations. Passengers are advised to have their own travel or accident insurance. Les Pêchoux Ligures and the skipper decline any responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought on board.

Conduct and Safety On Board
- The skipper may refuse boarding or terminate the trip in case of dangerous, disrespectful or illegal behavior;
- Alcohol is tolerated in moderation; the skipper may forbid consumption in certain sea conditions;
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and remain under constant supervision.

Weather and Force Majeure
In case of adverse weather conditions, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of the skipper. Force majeure events (mechanical failure, government restrictions, etc.) may lead to postponement or cancellation. In such cases, a full refund will be proposed.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent court will be the Tribunal de Commerce de Nice, unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations.
